实现碳达峰碳中和是一场经济社会的系统性变革,其中绿色低碳技术创新及其驱动的产业革命至关重要.本文展望了我国重点领域绿色低碳技术创新需求,综合研判了我国绿色低碳技术在技术成熟度和商业可行性等方面的挑战,分析了绿色低碳技术的全球竞争态势,最后从创新战略引领、关键技术攻关、科技成果转化和创新政策支持四方面提出加快推进绿色低碳先进技术发展的对策建议.

Achieving the goal of carbon neutrality requires a systemic transformation of the economy and society,where green and low-carbon technological innovation and its corresponding industrial revolution are crucial.This article analyzes the demands for green and low-carbon technological innovation in key sectors,and challenges of green and low-carbon technology in terms of technological maturity and commercial viability.It further analyzes the global competitive landscape of green and low-carbon technologies.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions to accelerate the development of green and low-carbon advanced technologies from innovation strategic leadership,key technology research,technological achievements transformation and policy support.
