Advancing Collaborative Innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based on a Three-Dimensional Perspective of Levels,Fields,and Intensity:

Abstract
The advancement of collaborative innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has reached its 10th year,achieving signif-icant progress across various levels,dimensions,and fields.As an important aspect of collaborative development in the region,it pres-ents challenges in adjusting interests but possesses a strong driving force for collaboration.The pace of collaborative innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been relatively fast,with significant achievements in areas such as the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,collaborative research and development in industrial technology,shared innovation platforms,and the im-provement of collaborative innovation mechanisms.It exhibits three characteristics-comprehensive implementation of collaborative inno-vation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,however with an uneven depth of innovation collaboration;interaction between government functions and market mechanisms,forming a dual driving force from surface to deep layers;the improvement of mechanisms for con-struction and sharing of interests is a breakthrough point,and a scientifically feasible collaborative innovation model is the key.In the future,the goals of collaborative innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will become clearer,the collaborative content will be continuously optimized,the collaborative models will become more diversified,and collaborative policies will be unified and efficient.关键词
