Building a Modern Industrial System:Theoretical Connotation,Problems,and Countermeasures

Abstract
The modern industrial system is the material and technological foundation of modern countries.This article systematically discusses the issue of"building a modern industrial system".Firstly,regarding the definition of the connotation of the modern industri-al system,from the perspective of horizontal integration,a modern industrial system can be divided into an industrial system of a cer-tain industry,industrial system of all industries,industrial system of extended industries,and industrial system beyond industries;From the perspective of vertical division of labor,from industry to industry,to departments,products,and components becoming in-dustries,and then to segments,links,and modules becoming industries.Secondly,about the characteristics of the modern industrial system,including the"three modernizations"of digital intelligence,green and integration,integrity,progressiveness and security,and"+culture".Once again,ten issues need to be emphasized in building a modern industrial system,including openness,continuity,dy-namism,ecology,systematicity,control ability,nonmanufacturing industry,industrial organization,industrial layout,and industrial refinement.Finally,the overall measures for building a modern industrial system include the"Three Priorities","Five Adherences",and"Five Essential Measures".In short,to build a modern industrial system,it is necessary to understand it with a"system think-ing"approach and conduct a"system solution".关键词
