闽江河口湿地表层土壤真菌群落多样性特征
The community structure and diversity characteristics of soil fungi in Minjiang River Estuary Wetland

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to explore the community structure and diversity characteristics of soil fungi under different vegetation types in the estuary wetland of Minjiang River in Fujian Province,and to provide scientific basis for measuring the health status of the estuary wetland ecosystem.[Method]The typical vegetation types(Kandelia obovata,Phragmites australis,Cyperus malaccensis)in the Minjiang River estuary were taken as the research objects(with bare flat as the control),and the ITS high-throughput sequencing technology was used to compare the structure and diversity of fungal communities in the surface soil of wetlands with different vegetation types.[Result]At the phylum level,the dominant phylum of fungi in barel flat and Phragmites australis community was Chytridiomycota,and the dominant phylum of Kandelia candel and Cyperus malaccensis community was Ascomycota.At the class level,Lobulomycetes dominated in barel flat,and Rhizophydiomycetes dominated in Kandelia candel,Phragmites australis and Cyperus malaccensis communities.At the order level,Lobulomycetales dominated in barel flat,and Rhizophydiales dominated in Kandelia candel,Phragmites australis and Cyperus malaccensis communities.At the family level,Lobulomycetales_fam_Incertae_sedis was the dominant family in barel flat,and Rhizophydiales_fam_Incertae_sedis was the dominant family in Kandelia candel,Phragmites australis and Cyperus malaccensis.At the genus level,Lobulomycetales_gen_Incertae_sedis was dominant in barel flat,and Rhizophydiales_gen_Incertae_sedis was dominant in Kandelia obovata,Phragmites australis and Cyperus malaccensis communities.At the species level,Lobulomycetales sp.was the dominant species in barel flat,and Rhizophydiales sp.was the dominant species in Kandelia candel,Phragmites australis and Cyperus malaccensis communities.The Observed species,Chao1,Shannon and Simpson of different vegetation coverage communities were all in the order of Phragmites australis>Cyperus malaccensis>Kandelia candel>barel flat.There were significant differences in the richness and diversity of fungi between barel flat and the other three wetlands with vegetation coverage(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The presence or absence of vegetation cover and the different types of vegetation cover have an impact on the structure and diversity of fungal communities in the surface wetland of the Minjiang River Estuary.Planting vegetation with beneficial soil fungal richness and diversity is conducive to the development of the structure and functional groups of soil fungal communities in the Minjiang River Estuary Wetland towards a healthy and beneficial direction.关键词
