摘要

Abstract

Based on the panel data of 15 underdeveloped provinces from 2011 to 2021,we constructed an agricultural science and technology innovation index system according to the characteristics of agricultural technology innovation and development underdeveloped regions,and used entropy-TOPSIS model to analyze the spatiotemporal pattern of agricultural science and technology innovation in underdeveloped regions.The obstacle degree model was used to analyze the main obstacle factors of the level of agricultural science and technology innovation in underdeveloped areas.The results show that:(1)The overall level of agricultural science and technology innovation and development in underdeveloped areas show a slow rising trend,but compared with more developed areas,the overall level of agricultural science and technology innovation and development is relatively lagging behind.(2)At present,the main restricting factors for the development of agricultural science and technology innovation in underdeveloped regions are the full-time equivalent of agricultural R&D personnel and the internal expenditure of agricultural R&D.There are spatial differences in obstacle factors among all regions,and there is high stability.
