乡村振兴视域下农民素质协同发展的实证研究
Empirical Study on Coordinated Development of Farmers'Quality from Perspective of Rural Revitalization:A Case of Shaanxi Province

Abstract
High-quality farmers are a new direction for rural revitalization,and high-quality farmers empower rural revitalization to become a new driving force for agricultural and rural sustainable development.Currently,the research on high-quality farmers and rural revitalization focuses on certain dimensions,and the research on the influence mechanism of high-quality farmers driving rural revitalization and its spatial effects under the same framework is scarce.Based on the panel data of Shaanxi Province from 2012 to 2022,the article explores the influence mechanism of high-quality farmers driving rural revitalization and its spatial spillover effect by the benchmark regression model,mediation effect model and spatial Durbin model.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)High-quality farmers can significantly promote rural revitalization.(2)High-quality farmers can significantly promote industrial structure transformation and rural entrepreneurship to drive rural revitalization.(3)The development of high-quality farmers will significantly promote the level of rural revitalization in the region and the surrounding areas.This study proposes to introduce technical talents,enhance the governance capacity of rural subjects and give full play to the role of spatial spillover effects to promote comprehensive rural revitalization.关键词
