摘要

Abstract

Morbidity and mortality,cardiovascular disease is particularly acute myocardial infarction(AMI),is increasing gradually,timely and accurately detected with AMI and give treatment as soon as possi-ble,to ensure the quality of life of patients and patients'families,promote social stability is of great signifi-cance.The detection of myocardial injury markers related to AMI can provide an important basis for the time-ly and accurate diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of AMI.This article describes the characteristics of myocar-dial injury markers related to AMI,such as creatine kinase,aspartate aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,myoglobin,and cardiac troponin,and its detection methods(including immune chromatography,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colorimetric method,chemiluminescence method,fluorescence analysis and electro-chemical analysis)of the new progress are discussed in this paper,in order to provide reference basis for AMI markers for early diagnosis technology research.On the basis of optimizing the existing detection methods of AMI markers,clinical laboratories should develop more convenient biosensing detection methods of AMI markers,develop more accurate and rapid point-of-care detection technologies of AMI markers,and research new biomarkers for early diagnosis of AMI,so as to help the precise treatment of AMI.
