Abstract
In the context of the digital economy era,traditional intellectual property has begun to be it-erated and upgraded towards digitization and networking,producing a variety of intellectual property content carried by the network information data featuring sound accessibility,fast spread,diversified methods of spreading information,and high confidentiality.Therefore,infringement disputes related to intellectual property are prone to occur with a high frequency in the digital economy.That means the protection of intellectual property faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the digital age.Based on the reality of Jiangxi Province,this paper elaborates on the characteristics of the intellectual property in the context of the digital economy era,and analyzes the actualities and difficulties of intel-lectual property protection.Finally,it proposes corresponding strategies for intellectual property protec-tion,hoping to provide reference and guidance for promoting the protection of intellectual property in the context of the digital economy era.关键词
