Abstract
Handling stability is the ability of a vehicle to maintain stable operation or quickly restore stability after being disturbed by the outside world during normal driving,which is essential for the safe and stable operation of the vehicle.In order to optimize the handling stability of a vehicle,the dynamic analysis of an SUV was carried out,a physical model and mathematical model were established to explain the influence of suspension on the handling stability of the vehicle.ADAMS/CAR was used for vehicle modeling,and MATLAB software was used to score the handling stability evaluation index.The mechanical characteristics of the suspension were selected as the optimization variables,and the scoring value of the manipulation stability evaluation index was taken as the optimization goal,and the optimal scheme was selected by comparison.The results show that the NGSA-II algorithm has better optimization effect on the evaluation index of road test,and can significantly improve the handling stability of the vehicle.关键词
