氮掺杂蜂窝状多孔石墨烯的制备及电化学性能研究
Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of Nitrogen-doped Honeycomb Porous Graphene
摘要
Abstract
Nitrogen-doped honeycomb porous graphene material(NhG)was successfully prepared by one-step carbonization method using graphene oxide as precursor,polystyrene microspheres(PS)as hard template,melamine as nitrogen source,and doping according to different feed ratios.The experimental results show that the NhG1-3 electrode material prepared by 3 times equivalent doping ratio has excellent electrochemical performance(the specific capacitance is 79.3 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g,and the capacitance retention rate is 85.29%after 10,000 cycles),which was expected to be used as an electrode material in supercapacitors.关键词
