How Can New Quality Productivity Empower Green Economy
摘要
Abstract
"How can new quality productive forces empower green economy"is an important issue to study the dialectical relationship between new quality productive forces and green economy.The"appearance"of the new quality productive forces conforms to the law of the evolution of productive forces and is the inevitable result of the development of social productive forces in the new era.As the green productivity itself,the new quality productivity takes green scientific and technological innovation as the driving force for development,adheres to the people-oriented development orientation,and takes the realization of a better life as the development prospect,which is the fundamental reason for its effective empowerment of the green economy.The new quality productivity,which is born out of the practice of green economy,runs through the whole process of green production,green distribution,green exchange and green consumption,showing a strong driving force for the green economy.On the new journey in the new era,the development of new quality productive forces to empower green economy must focus on the"ecological","economic"and"talent"perspectives of new quality productive forces to strengthen the top-level design and institutional guarantee,strengthen the original and subversive green technology innovation,and achieve the coordination and integration of the digital economy and the real economy.关键词
