Effect of Forming Pressure on Compressive Strength and Pore Structure of Pervious Concrete

Abstract
In this study,the mechanical properties and pore structure of pervious concrete under different forming pressures were investigated using image analysis.Pore characteristics such as the number of pores,equivalent pore diameter,and porosity were analyzed.The results show that as forming pressure increases,the porosity of pervious concrete decreases,compressive strength increases,the number of pores increases,equivalent pore diameter decreases,and pore distribution becomes more uniform.The permeability coefficient,primarily determined by the minimum permeability layer of the pervious concrete,is positively correlated with porosity.Comprehensive analysis shows that the pervious concrete formed under a pressure of 3 MPa exhibits optimal performance,with uniform pore distribution,a porosity of 21.23%,a permeability coefficient of 3.87 mm/s,and a compressive strength of 22.96 MPa.关键词
