Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with dipyridamole in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after lower extremity fracture.Methods:62 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after lower limb fracture treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium,and the observation group was treated with dipyridamole on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,hemorheology index,serum inflammatory factor level,pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 74.19% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).14 d after treatment,the levels of hemorheology indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).7 and 14 d after dtreatment,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).14 d after treatment,serum levels of interleukin-1,interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after lower extremity fracture,low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with dipyridamole has a definite effect,which can help to improve the blood index level of patients,alleviate postoperative inflammation and promote postoperative rehabilitation.关键词
