摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of posterior incision pedicle screw system internal fixation and percutaneous pedicle screw system reduction internal fixation in patients with single level thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods:102 patients with single-level thoracolumbar compression fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with posterior incision pedicle screw system internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with percutaneous pedicle screw system reduction internal fixation. The application effect of the two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.04%,which was higher than 78.43% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery, the Visual Analogue Score of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the total blood loss and drainage volume were lower than that in the control group, and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Cobb Angle and vertebral anterior margin height between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of single-level thoracolumbar compression fractures, the application of percutaneous pedicle screw system reduction and internal fixation can improve various surgical indicators of patients and reduce their VAS scores compared with posterior incision, which can achieve more ideal results and promote their disease rehabilitation, and can be popularized.关键词
