ERAS规范化诊疗在老年髋部股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用研究
The Application of ERAS Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment in Elderly Patients with Hip Intertrochanteric Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ERAS(enhanced recovery after surgery)standardized model in the elderly patients with hip intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:80 elderly patients with hip intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ERAS standardized mode,and the control group was treated with routine diagnosis and treatment.The treatment of patients was recorded.Results:The pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,3 and 5 days after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,6 months after operation,the scores of each dimension of Harris Hip Score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and readmission rate within 12 months after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The preoperative waiting time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks,1,3 months after operation,the Barthel Index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of ERAS standardized diagnosis and treatment for elderly patients with hip intertrochanteric fracture can help to improve the pain degree of patients,improve hip function.关键词
