摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of compression fractures of thoracolumbar verte-brae in the elderly patients.Methods:78 elderly patients with diagnosis of compression fractures of thoracolumbar vertebrae admitted to Jianchang County People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was diagnosed by CT,the observation group was diag-nosed by MRI,and the diagnostic results of the two groups were compared. Results:According to the results of X-ray examination, the accuracy of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 79.49% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The weighted images of old fractured vertebra showed T1 high signal,T2 equal signal and anti fat T2 long low sig-nal;the morphology is flat,wedge-shaped;there were no abnormal signals in the soft tissues around the vertebral body. The weighted images of newly fractured vertebra showed low T1 signal(irregular),high T2 signal and anti fat high T2 signal;the morphology is flat,wedge-shaped and concave;the abnormal signal distribution was found in the soft tissues around the vertebral body. Conclusion:MRI is more comprehensive, and it has higher accuracy than CT in the examination of elderly patients with diagnosis of compression fractures of thoracolumbar vertebrae, which can identify the old and new degree of fractures and provide more accurate image data for clinical di-agnosis.关键词
