Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of total hip and half hip replacement in elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures.Methods:72 elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to their wishes,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received half hip replacement surgery,while the observation group received total hip replacement surgery.Compare clinical indicators,incidence of postoperative complications,as well as hip joint function,limb motor function,and quality of life between the two groups at 3 months,6 months,and 1 year after surgery.Results:The observation group had longer surgery time and bed activity time than the control group,and had more intraoperative blood loss than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.56%,lower than 27.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months,6 months,and 1 year of surgery,the Harris Hip Score,Limb Motor Function Assessment Scale score,and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of semi hip arthroplasty for the treatment of elderly displaced femoral neck fractures results in less intraoperative bleeding and shorter surgical time,and the application of total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of elderly displaced femoral neck fractures has a lower risk of postoperative complications,which helps to improve postoperative hip joint function,effectively improve limb movement function,and has a positive significance for improving quality of life.Its application value is high.关键词
