摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of lumbar interbody fusion with different approaches on lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:The clinical data of 86 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 43 cases.The control group was treated with traditional posterior lumbar interbody fusion,while the study group was treated with oblique lateral approach lumbar interbody fusion.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two group(P<0.05).3 days after surgery,the pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,C-reactive protein and creatine kinase in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 months after surgery,the Oswestry disability index score of the study group was(17.52±0.64),which was lower than(19.35±0.89)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oblique lateral c lumbar interbody fusion for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis patients,less traumatic stress,can promote the recovery of lumbar function,relieve the pain degree of patients.关键词
