综合康复治疗用于骨折后膝关节功能障碍的疗效
The Therapeutic Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Knee Joint Dysfunction after Fractures

Abstract
Objective:Exploring the therapeutic effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on knee joint dysfunction after fractures.Methods:Selecting 90 patients with knee joint dysfunction after fractures admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 as the research subjects,randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation,and the research group applied comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.Results:Before treatment,There was no significant difference in knee flexion range of motion,extension,flexion arc,and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the knee flexion range of motion,straightness,and curvature were higher than before treatment,and the VAS score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,with higher knee flexion range of motion,straightness,and curvature than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,the two groups there was no significant difference in the physical health,social function,physiological state,subjective judgment and satisfaction score of the patients(P>0.05).After treatment,The physical health,social function,physiological status,subjective judgment,and satisfaction scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,the difference is significant(P<0.05);The treatment effective rate of the study group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there is no significant difference in stability,activity,function,muscle strength,and flexion deformity scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the stability,mobility,function,muscle strength,and flexion deformity scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control Group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction level of the research group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with knee dysfunction after fracture has a good effect,which can effectively reduce the pain of the patient,improve the knee flexion range of motion,treatment efficiency and satisfaction,and improve the quality of life of the patient.关键词
