Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on knee joint function exercise in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing.Results:After nursing,the Lequesne scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the Short Form of Kinesiophobia Assessment(Chinese version)of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of compliance in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 83.33% in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group 100.00% was higher than 80.00% of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis during knee functional exercise can help to improve the quality of life of patients and accelerate the recovery time of knee joint function.关键词
