快速康复护理在颈椎前路内固定患者术后呼吸道管理中的应用效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in postoperative respiratory tract management of patients with anterior cervical internal fixation.Methods:A total of 70 patients who received anterior cervical internal fixation in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35)according to the random envelope method.The control group was given routine nursing.and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The time to get out of bed.length of hospital stay.total cost of treatment.visual analogue scale(VAS)score on the 1st.2nd.3rd and 5th day after operation.incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the reference group.and the treatment cost of the observation group was less than that of the reference group.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st.2nd.3rd and 5th day after operation.the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group.and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.86% .which was lower than that in the reference group.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14% .which was higher than that of the reference group.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with anterior cervical internal fixation.the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the postoperative respiratory tract management can reduce the risk of complications.the frequency of pain.and the level of pain.which is conducive to the early recovery and discharge of patients.reduce the economic burden of patients.and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.which has high application value.关键词
