摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with traumatic skull fracture undergoing surgery.Methods:86 patients with traumatic skull fractures who underwent surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as study objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared, including adverse emotional changes,post-operative complications, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction. Results:After nursing, the unhealthy emotions scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.66%,which was lower than 18.61% in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the life of quality score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can improve the quality of nursing care for patients with traumatic skull fracture undergoing surgery, improve their negative emotions, reduce postoperative complications, optimize their quality of life, and improve their nursing satisfaction.关键词
