Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and nursing points of applying new type of wet healing dressing in difficult to heal wounds of trauma.Methods:A total of 72 patients with difficult to heal wounds of trauma treated in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into a reference group and a study group according to computer random ordering,with 36 cases in each group.The control group used traditional dressings during treatment,and the study group used new type of wet healing dressing.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pain levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain level in the study group were lower than those before treatment and the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain degree before and after treatment in the reference group(P>0.05).The number of dressing changes in the study group was less than that in the reference group,and the healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of new type of wet healing dressing in difficult to heal wounds can shorten the wound healing time and improve treatment effectiveness,making it suitable for clinical application and promotion.关键词
