Abstract
Objective:To analyze the role of comfort nursing in nursing care of elderly patients with compression lumbar fracture after surgery.Methods:62 elderly patients with compressible lumbar fracture treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into 2 groups with 31 cases each.The reference group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group with comfort nursing.The Visual Analogue Scale for pain scores(VAS)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,VAS score,postoperative analgesic drug dose,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score and Self-Rating Depression Scale score in observation group were lower than those in reference group,while quality of life score and nursing satisfaction score were higher than those in reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can better relieve the postoperative pain of compressible lumbar fracture in elderly patients,make elderly patients rest at ease,improve nursing effectiveness,protect elderly patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
