Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of thermal insulation nursing in operating room on postoperative coagulation function and complications in patients with femoral fracture.Methods:48 patients with femoral fracture admitted to Liaoyou Baoshihua Hospital in Panjin from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method, with 24 patients in each group. The study group was treated with thermal insulation nursing in operating room, while the control group was treated with routine nursing.Complications, coagulation function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The total incidence of complications in the study group was 12.50%,which was lower than 45.83% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 91.67%,which was higher than 62.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the fibrinogen, prothrombin, activated partial thromboplastin and thrombin time in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the fibrin degradation products and D-dimer were higher than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thermal insulation nursing in operating room has significant effect on patients with femoral fracture, which can reduce the incidence of complications, improve coagulation function and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
