Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing intervention measures after interventional treatment of lower limb fracture complicated with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limb.Methods:A total of 84 patients with lower limb fracture complicated with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limb admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Dalian,Liaoning province from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd-even sequence visit number,with 42 cases in each group.All patients received interventional therapy,conventional nursing intervention was applied to the control group,and comprehensive nursing intervention was applied to the observation group.The pain degree before and after intervention and the total complication rate after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05),at 1,2 and 4 weeks after intervention,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in the interventional treatment of lower limb fracture complicated with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limb is helpful to reduce the pain degree of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
