Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of extended nursing in patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury.Methods:73 patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to September 2021 were selected as study objects.They were divided into a control group(n=36)and a study group(n=37)by random drawing.Both groups adopted routine nursing during hospitalization,and the study group carried out extended nursing at the same time,and compared the difference of nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The MOS item short from health survey score of the study group(84.36±2.57)points was higher than(80.12±2.23)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the study group were(35.48±1.72)points and(36.32±1.51)points,respectively,which were lower than(43.20±2.15)points and(45.02±2.85)points in the control group,and the difference between groups were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of self-care in control group was 75.00% lower than 94.59% in study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of extended nursing can improve the overall quality of nursing for patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury,and promote the improvement of negative emotions,quality of life and motor function recovery of discharged patients.关键词
