Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of psychological nursing in enhanced CT examination of patients with pelvic fracture.Methods:80 patients with pelvic fracture who received enhanced CT examination in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to digital drawing,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received routine nursing combined with psychological nursing.The scores of mental state,quality of life,satisfaction and adverse reactions before and after nursing were compared between groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 82.50% of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.50%,lower than 17.50% of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive psychological care in contrast agent can reduce negative emotions and adverse reactions of patients with pelvic fracture enhanced CT examination,significantly improve satisfaction of patients,and has higher comprehensive application value.关键词
