摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with renal bone disease.Methods:62 patients with renal bone disease admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by alternate grouping method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group adopted basic measures, and the observation group adopted nursing intervention measures. The quality of life, pain degree, bone metabolism, sleep quality, depression degree and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:After nursing, the scores of each index of the health survey summary table of quality of life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).On 7,15 and 30 days after nursing, the Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 16.13%,lower than 41.94% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,Bechde depression index score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of parathyroid hormone and β2 microglobulin were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After nursing intervention, patients with renal bone disease can reduce pain, reduce the incidence of complications, but also improve patients'negative mood and sleep quality,so as to effectively improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
