Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:80 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a basic nursing group(n=40)and a evidence-based nursing group(n=40)according to random number table method.The incidence of postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction,postoperative weight-bearing walking time,fracture healing,hospital stay,hospital cost,pain degree,swelling degree,hip function,quality of life and bone density were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in evidence-based nursing group was lower than that in basic nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of evidence-based nursing group was higher than that of basic nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The walking time with postoperative weight,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the evidence-based nursing group were all shorter than those in the basic nursing group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the basic nursing group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pain visual simulation score and swelling degree score in the evidence-based nursing group were lower than those in the basic nursing group,and the Harris score and quality of life score were higher than those in the basic nursing group.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMD of Wards triangle,greater trochanter,lumbar spine anteroposterior and healthy femoral neck in evidence-based care group was higher than that in basic care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture is better than that of basic nursing,which can accelerate the recovery of hip function,improve bone density,reduce pain and swelling,and improve the quality of life.关键词
