摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of inpatient Elderly Living Project(HELP)nursing mode in improving the compliance and self-care ability of elderly orthopedic patients with early post-operative bed-leaving activities.Methods:75 elderly orthopedic surgery patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into an observation group(n=38)and a control group(n=37)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with HELP nursing mode. The compliance,self-care ability and postoperative complications of patients in the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the duration of each activity in the observation group was shorter and the duration of each activity was longer, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of self-care ability in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total incidence of postoperative constipation, urinary infection, pressure sore and lower extremity thrombosis complications in the observation group was lower, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional nursing,HELP nursing mode is more conducive to enhancing the compliance of early postoperative bed-leaving activities, improving self-care ability and reducing postoperative complications for elderly orthopedic surgery patients.关键词
