Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation operation combined with operating room nursing for lower limb fracture.Methods:84 patients who received internal fixation surgery for lower limb fracture treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing service,and the observation group cooperated with operating room nursing.Clinical indicators,pain score,lower limb motor function,ability of daily living,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of operation,fracture healing,landing and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Visual Analogue Scores of pain in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the scores of lower limb motor function,ability of daily living and quality of life were higher than those in the control group,with the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.80%,lower than 21.40% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.60%,higher than 83.30% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with lower limb fracture treated with internal fixation surgery,operating room nursing cooperation is an ideal nursing method,which can shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time,reduce complications,and improve patients'pain,lower limb movement ability,daily living ability and quality of life.关键词
