Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in preventing postoperative complications in patients with hip fracture.Methods:117 patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=58)and an observation group(n=59)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given highquality nursing.The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the Harris hip scores,Barthel scores and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual Analogue Scales scores,Pittsburgh sleep quality index,anxiety scores and depression scores were all lower than control group,the differences be-tween groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group 6.78% was significantly low-er than that in the control group 22.41%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing for patients with hip fracture can improve hip function,reduce complications and improve their quality of life.关键词
