Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of pain nursing management pathway on pain degree and shoulder joint function recovery in patients with proximal humeral fractures.Methods:104 patients with proximal humeral fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 52 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group received pain nursing management pathway intervention,both groups received continuous care for 3 months.The pain degree,psychological state,recovery of shoulder joint function,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pain degree,psychological state,recovery of shoulder joint function and sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of pain visual analogue scale,Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of pain,activities of daily living,joint range of motion and muscle strength were higher than those in the control group,and the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group 96.15% was higher than 82.69% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain nursing management pathway can relieve pain and negative emotions of proximal humeral fracture,improve sleep quality,promote the rapid recovery of shoulder joint function,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
