Abstract
Percutaneous bone cement vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures has become a common clinical method,and related issues have become clinical hotspots.This study reviewed the correlation between the injection volume of bone cement,the diffusion volume of bone cement and the changes of vertebral biomechanical properties,as well as factors such as bone cement leakage induced nucleus pulposus cell damage and accelerated intervertebral disc degeneration.Bone cement dispersion volume combines the two indicators of bone cement injection volume and vertebral bone mineral density,which is related to the vertebral biomechanical properties and the curative effect.In clinical practice,the bone cement perfusion volume should be selected according to different bone densities,in order to optimal restoration of the strength and stiffness of the fractured vertebral body,providing reliable spinal stability;preventing postoperative aggravation of vertebral degeneration and secondary fractures in adjacent segments,reducing the complications of intervertebral disc degeneration caused by bone cement leakage,and realizing satisfactory biological mechanical effect and the clinical effect.关键词
