摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on thoracolumbar fracture in elderly patients.Methods:98 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into 2 groups with 49 cases in each group by bicolor sphere method, the control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation, and the observation group underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty,The vertebral status, recovery, clinical indexes and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:After operation, the kyphotic Cobb Angle in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the vertebral anterior margin height was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the lumber vertebral function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the pain score was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation, detumescence and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty has many advantages, which can reduce the degree of surgical trauma, restore the spinal status, alleviate spinal pain, prevent complications, enhance spinal function, and improve the prognosis of elderly thoracolumbar fracture.关键词
