Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of negative pressure closed drainage technique in the clinical treatment of soft tissue injury in orthopedics.Methods:21 patients with traumatic orthopedic soft tissue injury admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with odd and even serial numbers according to the admission number.The control group(n=11)was treated with wound treatment combined with drug treatment,and the observation group(n=10)was treated with negative pressure closed drainage after wound treatment.The pain score,operation effect,treatment efficiency and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the dressing changes were less than that of the control group,and the treatment cost was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:By using negative pressure closed drainage technology to treat traumatic orthopedic soft tissue injury,the treatment efficiency is high,to a certain extent,relieve patients'pain,promote patients'recovery,reduce the frequency of dressing change,reduce patients'medical expenses.关键词
