中西医结合治疗颈椎病的临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:98 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into a control group and a study group with 49 cases in each group by odd-even sequence method.Western medicine alone was used in the treatment of the control group,while integrated Chinese and Western medicine was used in the treatment of the study group.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.92%,which was higher than 77.55%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain Visual Analog Scale score of the 2 groups was lower than before treatment,and the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis score of cervical spondylosis in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of Neck Disability Index was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.04%,which was not statistically significant compared with 6.12%in the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate 6 months after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the clinical treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the degree of pain,improve the function of the cervical spine,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.关键词
