Effect of Sanqi Duangu Cataplasma Assisted in Internal Fixation for Distal Radial Fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the assisted efficacy of Sanqi duangu cataplasma for internal fixation of distal radius fracture.Methods:118 patients with distal radius fracture treated with internal fixation in Xinrui Hospital of Xinwu District and Ninth Peopleˊs Hospital of Wuxi City were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.After operation,the control group was treated with conventional methods,and the study group was applied with Sanqi broken bone babu paste on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The pain degree,swelling degree,fracture healing time,hospital stay and wrist function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 day,8 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery,there were no significant differences in swelling degree between 2 groups(P>0.05);after 3 days,1,2 and 4 weeks,the swelling degree of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Numerical Evaluation Scale(NRS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery and at the 1st,2nd and 4th week after surgery.with statistical significance(P<0.05);at 8 and 12 weeks after operation,there were no significant differences in NRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 4 and 8 weeks after operation,the wrist function Cooney score(Cooney)and wrist self-score(PREW)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 12 and 24 weeks after operation,there were no significant differences in Cooney and PREW scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanqi duangu cataplasma has significant assisted therapeutic effects on reducing swelling,relieving pain,and improving function in the affected limbs in the early stage after internal fixation surgery for distal radius fractures.关键词
