Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)in the diagnosis of femoral neck fracture.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 98 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 was performed.According to the application of different examination methods,the patients were divided into group A(n=35)and group B(n=63).X-ray examination was used in group A,and multi-slice spiral CT planar reconstruction technique was used in group B.The effects of different examination applications were analyzed.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of group A was 85.71%,which was lower than 100.00%of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group B,Garden type Ⅰ was 20.63%,type Ⅱ was 38.10%,type Ⅲ was 30.16%,and type Ⅳ was 11.11%.In terms of fracture classification,in group B,the transcervical type was 30.16%,the subcephalic type was 47.62%,and the basal type was 22.22%,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 100.00%.In group B,the main arteries of the internal and external circumflex femoral arteries were clearly developed in 19 cases,the retinaculum arteries were clearly developed in 13 cases,and the retinaculum arteries were sparsely developed and distorted in 6 cases.No development was found in the subcephalic type.Arterial development could be clearly seen in 14 cases of basal type.The femoral head necrosis rate and delayed or nonunion rate of fracture in group A were 25.71%and 22.86%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 3.17%and 1.59%in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis,classification and prognosis evaluation of femoral neck fractures,the diagnostic effect of multi-slice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction technology is significantly higher than that of X-ray film examination,which can effectively ensure the development of the examination is more intuitive,comprehensive and accurate,and has good clinical application value.关键词
