摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of modified reduction of lateral tibial plateau fracture collapse articular surface in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods:120 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from March 1,2020 to March 1,2023 were selected as the observation objects.According to the differences in treatment methods, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with modified reduction of the collapsed articular surface of lateral tibial plateau fractures. Results:At immediate after operation and last follow-up,the collapse height of articular surface in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).At 8 and 16 weeks after operation, the scores of knee joint rating scale and knee Joint Daily Function evaluation form in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the maximum angles of knee joint extension and extension and flexion were larger than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified reduction of the collapsed articular surface of lateral tibial plateau fracture for patients with tibial plateau fracture can not only reduce the collapse height of the articular surface, but also accelerate the recovery of knee joint function, improve the joint range of motion, and reduce the incidence of complications. The overall surgical effect is significant, which is worthy of promotion.关键词
