摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of limb exercise training on lung function and quality of life in elderly patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 58 patients with moderate to severe COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a study group and a control group. The study group(n=29)received routine intervention combined with limb motor training, and the control group(n=29)received routine intervention. Results:Before the intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in lung function, quality of life, degree of dyspnea, exercise endurance and blood gas indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the maximum mid-expiratory flow was higher than that of the control group, the activities of daily living, social activities, depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms scores were lower than those of the control group, and the dyspnea score was lower than that of the control group. The 6-minute walking distance was longer, the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and blood oxygen saturation were higher, and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of limb exercise training in elderly patients with moderate to severe COPD can not only better improve the lung function and quality of life of patients, but also improve the exercise tolerance of patients and promote the recovery of blood gas indexes.关键词
