Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of the combined anti-rotation proximal femoral intramedullary nail(PFNA)and combined tension locking intramedullary nail system(InterTAN)in the treatment of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:65 patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The traditional group(n=32)was treated with PFNA,and the experimental group(n=33)was treated with InterTAN.Clinical indexes,bone metabolism indexes,changes in bone density,improvement in hip function and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,hospitalization days and weight-bearing time of experimental groups were shorter than that of traditional group,the length of surgical incision was shorter,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of traditional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the expression of serum osteocalcin(BGP),serum bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)and the density of femoral greater trochosis and femoral neck in 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment,and the expression of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b(TRACP-5b)in experimental group was higher than that in traditional group,and the expression of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5B in experimental group was lower than that in traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of Harris hip function scale in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and the test group was higher than the traditional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 9.09%,which was lower than 28.12%in traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of PFNA can improve bone metabolism and bone density repair in patients with osteoporotic intervertebral fractures,promote joint function recovery,shorten treatment time,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
