Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of MR diagnosis in patients with traumatic bone contusion of knee joint.Methods:A total of 82 patients with traumatic bone contusion of knee joint admitted to Jianchang County People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were included in the study.CT diagnosis was performed on the day of trauma,and MR Diagnosis was performed 1～3 days after injury,the arthroscopic diagnosis was the"gold standard",the results of CT diagnosis and MR diagnosis were compared.Results:Both CT and MR diagnosis could detect fracture,knee joint effusion and contusion tissue swelling.MR diagnosis showed 10 cases of fracture,12 cases of soft tissue swelling and 15 cases of effusion,while CT diagnosis showed 8,12 and 15 cases respectively.In addition,34 cases of bone contusion,6 cases of ligament injury and 5 cases of meniscus injury were clearly diagnosed by MR,while CT diagnosis could not detect them.The accuracy of MR Diagnosis was 90.24%,and that of CT diagnosis was 71.95%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of different types of MR Was higher than that of CT diagnosis,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of MR diagnosis in the diagnosis of traumatic bone contusion of knee joint can provide more comprehensive diagnosis information and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.关键词
