身痛逐瘀汤辅助椎间孔镜治疗血瘀气滞型腰椎间盘突出症急性期的效果观察
Observation on The Effect of Shendong Zhuyu Decoction Assisted Foraminal Mirror in The Treatment of Acute Stage of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Blood Stasis and Qi Stagnation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shendong Zhuyu Decoction assisted foraminal mirror on acute stage of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with blood stasis and qi stagnation.Methods:Sixty patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation type LDH who underwent foraminal endoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.1 day after operation,the control group was treated with Waibitong capsule,and the observation group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome,pain,lumbar function,serum cytokines and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain and lumbar function of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of cytokines in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shantong Zhuyu Decoction assisted foraminal mirror in the treatment of blood stasis and qi stagnation type LDH in the acute stage has significant effect,can effectively inhibit inflammation,relieve patients'clinical symptoms and lumbar and leg pain,improve lumbar function,and is safe to use,worthy of promotion and application.关键词
