摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of staged rehabilitation nursing on exercise compliance and limb motor function of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:A total of 40 patients with hemiplegia after CI who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into an observation group(n=20)and a control group(n=20)by computer randomization. The observation group was given staged rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The limb motor function, daily living ability, quality of life and exercise compliance were compared between the two groups. Results:Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in limb motor function, daily living ability and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale,Activities of Daily living Assessment Scale and Short Form Health Survey Questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The exercise compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hemiplegia after CI,the implementation of staged rehabilitation nursing intervention has a positive impact on their exercise compliance and limb motor function.关键词
