Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of SFA nursing in elderly patients with fracture.Methods:70 elderly patients with fracture treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group adopted general nursing measures to prevent pressure ulcers,while the study group adopted SFA nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in study group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep index,self-rating anxiety Scale and visual analog pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of SFA nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with fracture can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer,improve the quality of sleep,emotional state and pain degree of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and enhance patient satisfaction.关键词
