Abstract
Objective:Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing for self-emotion management in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:110 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing guidance,and the observation group received personalized nursing with self-emotion management.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the Oswestry disability index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the treatment score evaluated by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The score of compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-care management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.73%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation has a good effect,not only improves the function of the lumbar spine,but also helps to improve the quality of life of patients during the perioperative period,helps to achieve the ideal treatment effect,and has certain promotion and application value.关键词
