Abstract
Objective:To explore the application advantages of video education combined with teach-back method in perioperative nursing of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 82 surgical patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the time sequence,surgical patients from February to July 2020 were taken as the control group,and routine nursing mode was adopted during the perioperative period.A total of surgical patients from August to December 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and video education combined with feedback method was used for nursing intervention during the perioperative period,with 41 cases in each group.The length of hospital stay,patients' satisfaction with nursing and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the length of perioperative hospital stay was significantly shortened,the length of hospital stay was(9.56±1.95)d,the nursing satisfaction was(97.02±3.22)points,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Asdsociation Scores(JOA)at discharge was(25.63±2.68)points.In contrast,in the control group,the length of hospital stay was(11.05±2.06)d,the nursing satisfaction was as low as(95.02±3.32)points,and the JOA score was(24.83±2.80)points at discharge.All the indexes of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For perioperative patients with lumbar disc herniation,video education combined with feed back nursing intervention can accelerate the recovery of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of further discussion.关键词
