Abstract
Objective:Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in rehabilitation of postoperative limb swelling in patients with limb fracture.Methods:60 patients with limb fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as research subjects and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number method,30 cases in each group,and the nursing intervention effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results:1 day after surgery,there was no significant difference in swelling degree of affected limbs between two groups(P>0.05).7 days after surgery,the proportion of grade 0 swelling in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of grade Ⅲ swelling in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the proportion of grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ swelling was similar,with no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).The first time of getting out of bed,the time of hospitalization and the time of fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the MOS item short from health survey scores between the two groups(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of all dimensions of SF-36 in two groups were higher than those in control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the degree of limb swelling in patients with limb fracture after operation,promote their rehabilitation process,and obtain good clinical application results.关键词
